Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are very powerful tools that can treat a vast array of issues and conditions.

Hypnotherapy is a natural and organic process of tapping into the power of your own mind to achieve your self-improvement goals.  Many people think of hypnotherapy only for use with habits such as stop smoking or losing weight.  While it certainly is good for those, the power of the mind has no limits for personal application.

As a Hypnotherapist, I work with an almost endless array of personal achievement goals. Some examples of my current specialties are:

  • Imagery and visualization for empowerment, clarity, and relaxation
  • Increased self-love and self-worth
  • Getting “unstuck”, problem solving, and general goal obtainment
  • Weight Loss- emphasis on self-love and body image improvement
  • Group Hypnosis- motivation, inspiration, problem solving for teams, businesses, clubs
  • Anxiety, Depression, Disassociation- Symptom Relief
  • Overcoming Fears and Phobias
  • Handwriting Analysis for Subconscious Traits
  • Habit Cessation and Habit Creation
  • Certified Grief and Loss Support Specialist (including loss of loved one, pet, relationship, job, etc.)
  • Emotional Freedom (managing chronic anger, rage, resentment, sadness etc.)
  • Connecting and Communicating in Relationships
  • Insomnia
  • Symptoms of Trauma and PTSD
  • Dream Therapy
  • Inner Child Work
  • Past Life Regression
  • Hypnotherapy for Children and Teens

In some cases a medical referral may be required for issues of pain management and other medical related issues.  If you are working with another counseling professional already or have goals beyond personal self-improvement then I may ask for a referral from the appropriate psychology professional. If am not yet specialized in your area of need, I can connect you to another Hypnotist.
